What it really means to set up a charity organisation - challenges and happy moments 

My name is Dany Trautmann and I was born in the beautiful city of Munich in Bavaria, Germany, and grew up just outside Munich. After my education to a language correspondent I started working with a temping agency where I had the opportunity to work in many different areas and companies. Since 1998 to 2024 I was working for a European company, most of those years as Office Manager to the CEO. During this time period I also had the opportunity to work for 3 years in London, England. The time working and living abroad was for sure one of the best in my life which I would not like to miss.

In 2013 I went on holiday together with my friend Elisa to Zanzibar, Tanzania. We only intended to go on a normal beach holiday but this holiday was meant to change our lives….

Policies regarding participation in our activities

CANCELLATION POLICY:   If you cannot attend an activity for which you registered, cancel via the My Tickets tab in the app, via the Website, or via the confirmation email you received when you registered. As a courtesy, please cancel promptly so those on the Waitlist have time to plan and respond.  If you need help to cancel, you may reach out to the Activities Team.

Your registration is your commitment to pay for attending an event. Payments are non-refundable.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: Anyone attending an MIWC event should be aware that photographs and/or recordings may be taken. This media will be used in accordance with the MIWC Privacy Policy and the GDPR. If you prefer not to have your likeness used for Club publications, please inform those people taking pictures at the event and do not take part in group photos.

DATA SHARING: Your registration information will be shared with MIWC administrators and event organizers. Your registration information may also be shared with the venue, when required.
